Halal Mark
The "Halal Mark" is a symbol authorized by the Halal Affairs Committee of the Central Islamic Council of Thailand or the Provincial Islamic Committees. This mark allows operators to imprint or display it on labels, products, or any related businesses. The symbol, known as "Halal," is written in Arabic within a diamond-shaped frame. The background of the frame consists of vertical lines, and beneath the frame, within parallel lines, is the text "Central Islamic Council of Thailand." This mark is issued for food and beverage products, halal products, and/or halal meat imported from abroad, among others.

GHP

GHP stands for Good Hygiene Practice(s), which is a basic system for food manufacturing facilities. It is similar to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) but is adapted to be more suitable for food production within local communities.

The Department of Agriculture

The Department of Agriculture is an outstanding organization in the research and development of plants and agricultural machinery. It serves as a central authority for the international certification of plant-based agricultural products, based on the conservation of natural resources and the environment, while maintaining a balanced organizational culture.

FDA

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Thailand is a government agency under the Ministry of Public Health, operating at the department level. Its primary responsibility is consumer protection, ensuring public health is safeguarded from the consumption of health products, which typically include food, drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics. These health products must meet quality standards and be safe for use. The FDA also promotes correct consumption behaviors through reliable and evidence-based scientific information, ensuring that the public can consume health products that are both safe and beneficial.
